Residential

Projects include large or very high specification luxury developments for which full pre and post contract quantity surveying services have been provided; cost advice to individual clients looking to extend or convert part of their home; and estimating and quantity surveying services to smaller developers and builders. We have been involved in over 40 residential projects since 2005.

New extension and internal alteration works. Works started on site March 2011. A full pre contract quantity surveying service was provided and post contract services are currently being provided.

This Applecross Spec A development was for 9 luxury flats. A full post contract quantity surveying service was provided.

This Applecross Spec A development was for 9 luxury flats. A full post contract quantity surveying service was provided.

Western Harbour, Edinburgh for Applecross Developments
This proposed Applecross development is for 230 flats. Pre contract cost management services.

Staples Oak, Kent
Cost planning services to self builder for new oak frame house.

Braid Road, Edinburgh
Estimating services followed by full post contract service to local Edinburgh builder for upgrading and extending large family home.

Ravelston Park, Edinburgh
Budgets and estimates of proposed works to refurbish family home prepared for client to allow them to prioritise sequence and extent of work to undertake.

Projects include large multi use developments in Central Europe and Dublin and office and retail developments in Scotland. Clients include large multi national contractors, local Edinburgh builders, subcontractors to main contractors and other large QS practices.

Notable projects include:

Western Ferries, Office Extension, Dunoon
Full pre contract QS service provided, from intial cost estimate to appointment of contractor. Works are due to start on site mid 2011. A post contract QS service is to be provided.

Fire Reinstatement Works, Victoria Street, Edinburgh
Full QS service provided to main contractor, from tender pricing, post contract services to Final Account.

Liquid Rooms, Victoria Street, Edinburgh
Preparation of Cost Plan to facilitate client's bank funding.

Zlote Tarasy, Warsaw, Poland
Working with claim team for Skanska on Euro 220 million project in the centre of Warsaw.

Grange Town, Dublin
This was a Euro 1 billion project on the outskirts of Dublin. Services included preparation of tendering documentation of various element packages.

Co-op, Alloa
Preparation of cost plan for refurbishment of former Co-op building.
